Loss of tooth after an accident. Immediate implantation preserves the parodontal structures.
Behandler: Dr. Platte, Düsseldorf
An immediate implant placement and supply is done directly after removal or loss of the tooth in the remaining bone. Thereafter, a temporary crown is inserted, which after the period of healing will be replaced by the definitive crown.
The main advantage is that the bone and oral mucosa structures are preserved, because the implant avoids the breakdown of these tissues.
